The sector

Challenges solar plants and factories already have

Most of these sites are not short of data. They are short of a clear line from that data to a schedule, a loss, or a load. These are the gaps we work on.

DSM forecasting and deviation charges

In India, solar generators that schedule power into the grid can face deviation settlement (DSM) charges when actual generation misses that schedule. The forecast is the number the schedule is built from. Weather and plant history are usually available. They are rarely turned into a schedule the commercial team can use.

Soiling and inverter losses

Dust, common across Gujarat, and inverters that clip, derate, or drift, reduce delivered energy. A daily kWh total shows that generation is down. It does not say whether the cause is soiling, an inverter, a string, or the weather, or what to fix first.

Rising factory energy cost

Textiles, ceramics, chemicals, pharma, and engineering plants pay for grid power and for rooftop or open-access solar. Higher tariffs make two questions urgent: is the solar asset delivering, and which loads are driving the bill?

Data kept in separate systems

Inverter portals, SCADA, weather, and factory meters usually live in different exports. Until those series share one timeline, performance, forecasting, and factory load stay separate conversations.

Data

Works with the monitoring you already run

We start with inverter portals, SCADA, and meters. In most plants and factories that is enough to assess what a model can say. You do not need to replace the system that is already logging the site.

Inverter portals and cloud APIs

Including mixed brands in the same plant.

SCADA and data loggers

Exports, databases, or APIs.

Meters and weather

On-site stations, or satellite irradiance when sensors are missing.

CSV and Excel

When that is what the site can share today.

If a site has no usable data, we work with sensor and metering partners to fill the gap.

Who we serve

Operators who own the generation or the bill

Solar plant owners and IPPs

Compare plants on a corrected basis, see where generation is lost, and put a forecast behind scheduling and deviation management.

Factories with rooftop or open-access solar

Commercial and industrial sites that need proof the solar investment is delivering, and a clear view of factory load next to generation.

Solar EPC and O&M firms

Add performance, monitoring, and forecasting to the service you already sell, under your own brand, and cover more megawatts with the same team.

Energy-intensive manufacturers in Gujarat

Textiles, ceramics, chemicals, pharma, and engineering. Plants where power cost and uptime of compressors, motors, and process loads sit on the same bill.

Engagement

Assessment, then a pilot, then scale

A short path that shows what your data can support before a portfolio-wide commitment.

01

Assessment

Share the exports you have: generation, inverter, weather, and meters. We check coverage, gaps, and whether the question is a forecast, a loss breakdown, or factory energy.

02

Pilot

Run one plant or one factory for an agreed period. The pilot is limited to the analysis the data can support, and you see the output before a wider rollout.

03

Scale

Extend the same models across a portfolio or an O&M book, with reporting your team, or your clients, will actually read.

White-label for EPC and O&M companies

Offer performance analytics, monitoring, and forecasting inside your own O&M service. Your clients see your brand. Ellvero builds and runs the models. Use it to show measurable plant performance and to cover more megawatts with the same team.

Frequently asked questions

Common questions about AI for energy and utilities, hardware, and how an engagement starts.

What is AI for energy and utilities at Ellvero?

Machine learning on solar generation, plant performance, and factory energy use. Models are built from inverter portals, SCADA, weather, and meters you already have. Ellvero Technologies is based in Ahmedabad and works with operators in India.

Do we need to install new sensors?

Usually not. We start with existing inverter portals, SCADA, meters, and data loggers, and can use satellite irradiance when on-site sensors are missing or unreliable. If a site has no usable data, we work with sensor and metering partners rather than asking you to replace what you have.

Who are the AI solutions for solar and industry aimed at?

Solar plant owners and independent power producers, factories with rooftop or open-access solar, solar EPC and O&M companies, and energy-intensive manufacturers in Gujarat, including textiles, ceramics, chemicals, pharma, and engineering.

Can an EPC or O&M company offer this under its own brand?

Yes. Forecasting, performance analytics, and reports can be white-labelled for EPC and O&M partners. The partnership page describes how that engagement works.

How does an engagement start?

With an assessment of the data you can export. A pilot then runs on one plant or one factory. A wider rollout comes after that pilot, not before.

Bring the data you already collect

Tell us about the plant or factory. We will say which of these analyses your inverter, SCADA, and meter exports can support.
